About the application
You will receive a notification when a gift is selected from your Wishlist. You can also track the status of gifts in your Wishlist to see if someone has selected a gift.
Yes, you can recover a deleted Wishlist if it was saved on the server. Contact support for assistance in restoring a deleted Wishlist.
Check if you have added the gift to your Wishlist correctly. If you did everything correctly, the gift may have been hidden or deleted. Try refreshing the page or checking your privacy settings.
You can see other user's Wishlists if they have authorized access to them. Log in to your account and use the search function or request a link to a friend's Wishlist.
To mark a gift as the highest priority, open your Wishlist, find the gift you want and select the “Mark as Priority” option. This gift will be displayed in the high priority list.
About the emails
Firstly, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails may be directed there. If you still don't find it, ensure that the email address provided during the setup is correct and then request a resend from the app's dashboard.
No worries! Log into the Santa App, go to your event dashboard, and there will be an option to resend your assignment email.
Ensure that the email addresses provided are accurate. If they are correct, ask the participants to check their spam or junk folders. If the problem persists, you can use the app to resend the email or share the unique participation link directly with them.
